By applying genome-editing technologies, I aim to understand how specific genes regulate CAR-T cell survival, proliferation, and functional persistence. Through systematic genetic screening and targeted gene-editing approaches, my work seeks to identify key genetic factors that influence CAR-T cell performance and long-term activity.<br \/>\nA central objective of my research is to improve the durability and therapeutic efficacy of CAR-T cells. By integrating molecular biology, immunology, and functional genomics, I investigate how genetic perturbations affect T-cell signaling, activation states, and phenotypic characteristics. This work contributes to a deeper mechanistic understanding of engineered immune cells and supports the development of more effective next-generation cell therapies.<br \/>\nIn addition to laboratory research, I actively engage in international academic exchange and interdisciplinary communication. Interacting with researchers from diverse scientific backgrounds allows me to broaden my research perspective and explore innovative strategies beyond a single field. Through global collaboration and knowledge exchange, I aim to expand the translational impact of my research and contribute to the continued advancement of CAR-T cell\u2013based immunotherapies for patients worldwide.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","research":[8],"adoption":[59],"subsidy":[14],"intro-status":[],"project":[83],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/introduction\/536"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/introduction"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/introduction"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=536"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"research","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/research?post=536"},{"taxonomy":"adoption","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/adoption?post=536"},{"taxonomy":"subsidy","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/subsidy?post=536"},{"taxonomy":"intro-status","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/intro-status?post=536"},{"taxonomy":"project","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/doctoral-support.keio.ac.jp\/spring\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project?post=536"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
