高齢者の低栄養は様々な臨床転帰の悪化と関連するものの、自覚症状が乏しく、医療・介護の現場でも早期発見が難しい。本研究では、実臨床の継続的な薬学的管理の中で、低栄養リスク患者が未病の段階で適切な栄養介入を受けることができる環境の整備・手法の構築を目指す。修了後は、薬剤師として個々の患者に向き合いながら臨床上の課題を抽出し、研究を通じて課題解決することで、医療現場や地域社会の発展に貢献したいと考える。

Empathic Design between User and Virtual Avatar based on User Experience
Purpose of the Research:
This research will focus on designing a unified service interface where virtual avatar shares affective presence to user beyond its competency through empathy as a substantial experience of the interaction. This research aims to develop emotional interaction between user and virtual avatar to allow natural expressiveness in the service assistance. The efficacy of emotional connection, satisfaction and desirability performance transferred will be assessed by studying the relationships among emotions, mental models of sociability and human-computer communication behaviour. At the end, this research seeks to construct an interactive assistant with a purpose of ability to check on user’s implicit emotional state and fulfil user’s impulsive decision.
Career Prospects:
I would like to pursue a career as a researcher and a designer focuses on leveraging community engagement in the industry. I aim to work in entertainment industry in Japan.

１．健康日本21推進機関の連携指標開発に関する研究 ２．職域がん検診の精度管理に関する研究
私の研究では、「国民の健康寿命の延伸」や「健康格差の縮小」といった社会課題の解決に向けて、2つの分野から新たな仕組みづくりに取り組んでいます。
1つ目は、国の健康づくりの方針である「健康日本21（第三次）」を支える様々な民間団体の取り組みをより効果的に推進するための“連携指標”を新たに開発することです。この指標によって、各団体の活動の特徴や進捗が見える化され、定期的な評価が可能になります。国と民間団体が同じ方向を向いてよりよく連携し、地域や社会での健康づくりの基盤が強化されることを目指します。
2つ目は、企業や健康保険組合などの「職域」で行われているがん検診を、自治体で実施されているがん検診と同じように、科学的根拠に基づいて整備していくことです。有効性の確認されているがん検診と、その検査・対象年齢・受診頻度、要精密検査の場合の医療機関への受診勧奨、検診事業全体の評価・改善等の方法を明確にし、職域でも質の保たれたがん検診事業をマネジメントできる環境を整えます。また、OECD（経済協力開発機構）も、日本において、職域と自治体で別々にがん検診が実施されていることを公衆衛生上の課題として指摘しています。将来的には、職域と自治体のがん検診情報を一元化し、国として正確な国民データに基づいたがん対策を進められるような体制構築を目指します。
