私の研究は、企業の組織構造がマクロ経済に与える影響を定量的に解明することを目的としています。具体的には、企業の組織図を画像データとして収集し、深層学習やグラフ理論を用いて、階層性や分権性といった構造的特徴を数値化する新たな手法を開発しています。これにより、従来データ化が困難だった「企業組織」を大規模かつ時系列的に捉えることが可能になります。このデータを基に、企業の成長や生産性との関係を実証分析し、さらに企業動学モデルと結びつけて理論的に展開することで、組織構造と経済全体の資源配分の関係を総合的に分析します。本研究は、経済学と情報科学を融合させる学際的な挑戦であり、組織研究の新領域を切り開くことを目指しています。将来的には、海外の大学院博士課程に進学し、国際的な学術ネットワークの中で研究を深化させたいと考えています。

権威主義的認識論：権威主義国家における知的生活についての考察
The project on the epistemology of authoritarianism aims to create a feedback loop between epistemology and the study of modern authoritarianism. The research involves, first, borrowing conceptual resources—such as epistemic injustice, normative contextualism, misinformation, and belief polarization—developed in social epistemology to better understand phenomena in authoritarian contexts; and second, reexamining and revising these concepts and theories from the perspective of modern authoritarianism. By bridging the gap between epistemology, ethics, and political philosophy, I hope to establish the project as a legitimate interdisciplinary study within epistemology.
