今後のキャリアとして、周産期医療と臨床遺伝学の専門性をさらに深め、国内外で胎児診断・治療の発展に貢献できる医師・研究者としての役割を果たしたい。具体的には、ゲノム解析技術の進展を活かし、遺伝性疾患の新規診断法や胎児治療の確立に向けた研究を推進する。また、産婦人科医として臨床現場での診療を継続しつつ、遺伝カウンセリングの充実を図り、患者支援の強化に努める。さらに、国際学会への積極的な参加や海外研究機関との共同研究を通じて、グローバルな視点を持った医療の発展に寄与したい。将来的には、周産期医療と遺伝学の橋渡しとなる教育・研究機関の設立を目指し、次世代の医療者育成にも貢献していきたい。

現在、アルツハイマー型認知症の原因の一つとされるアミロイドβの脳内蓄積について、そのクリアランス効果の機序解明とそれを促す化合物の探索研究を進めています。特にアクアポリン４の関与が示唆されている脳リンパ排泄機序に注目しています。本研究の成果は、アルツハイマー病の新規診断法や治療法の開発につながると期待されます。将来的には、21世紀の創薬研究を先導する研究者として医療に貢献したいと考えています。

私は、東日本大震災および原子力災害による避難者の「語り」に着目し、語り部として活動されている方々が体験をいかに想起し、何を次世代に伝えようとしているのかを明らかにすることを目的に研究を行っています。語りの内容をテキスト解析し、さらにウェアラブルデバイスによる生体指標と心理尺度を用いて、語り手への心理的影響を多角的に検討しています。

Development of a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment for Chronic Pain Management Using EMA. My career prospects include advancing my research and applying it in clinical settings to develop personalized treatment plans that alleviate patients’ pain. I also plan to collaborate with research teams from different countries and fields. Additionally, I hope to engage in more public welfare activities, such as teaching the public essential emergency procedures like CPR and the Heimlich maneuver, which can save lives in critical situations. I also want to participate in pain awareness campaigns to help more people understand pain, face it actively, and ultimately overcome it.

My research applies targeted NGS to improve tuberculosis diagnosis and drug resistance detection, aiming to revolutionize public health strategies through rapid, cost-effective diagnostics. In the future, I seek to bridge research and clinical practice as an infectious disease physician and researcher. I plan to contribute to global health through Sino-Japanese collaboration, international multicenter studies, and policy consultation. My career goal is to integrate science, medicine, and international cooperation to advance diagnostics, treatment, and public health systems.

I hope that I can achieve breakthroughs in my study field and obtain a good job after graduation.
