Religious needs, social support, and psychosocial wellbeing among Indonesian Muslim workers in Japan

My research focuses on religious needs, social support, and psychosocial wellbeing among Indonesian Muslim workers in Japan. I aim to bridge research, policy, and community practice by applying scientific evidence to real-world settings. Through collaboration with educational institutions, community organizations, and policymakers, I seek to promote inclusive and culturally responsive health systems. In the long term, I aspire to contribute as an academic leader by mentoring future healthcare professionals and strengthening research capacity to support diverse populations.
