Enhancing Communication Efficiency Through Human-Centered Empathetic Design and Simulation Fidelity Assessment

My research investigates how digital communication can restore authenticity and empathy in a media environment increasingly shaped by modern society’s intensified attention economy and pursuit of the spectacle. By integrating semiotics, artificial intelligence, and media design, I develop frameworks and AI-assisted tools to analyze communication fidelity and detect miscommunication risks. This approach offers new methodologies for understanding and improving authentic and empathetic human–technology communication, ultimately supporting cross-cultural and global collaboration in the post-digital era.

I aim to pursue a career that bridges two complementary roles: as an educator and researcher in media, design, and communication at a university, and as a new media and communication curator within museums or art centers. Through these dual paths, I hope to advance critical media literacy and empathetic communication in academic settings, while fostering innovative applications of media and communication technology in artistic and cultural contexts.
