私は、「教師の専門的力量とは何か」を研究しています。このテーマは、力量形成や、その発揮に関わる重要な領域ながら、実証的な知見がほとんどありません。そこで私の研究では、心理学的な立場から概念整理をした上で、戸田市教育委員会との共同研究によって、学校教師と児童の縦断データに基づいて教師の力量を検証しています。将来は大学の研究者として、教育行政や実践の支援に携わることを目指しています。

My research delves into the nexus of German language use and gender issues, with a special emphasis on the linguistic practices among diverse gender identities. In a time where diversity and inclusion are paramount, the usage of language are scrutinized closely. My work aims to visualize and bring to the forefront the often marginalized and overlooked language issues of minorities during. This effort not only aims to anchor such discussions in modern discourse but also to prevent these critical issues from being historically overlooked. Looking ahead, I aspire to perpetuate the documentation of minority language issues throughout my academic career.

高校生がどのようなプロセスを経て学習ストラテジーを見つけていくのか
スペイン語教育、社会言語学を用いた言語教育について研究し、学生に教えることができる大学教員。可能ならば今後も中学・高校でもスペイン語を指導していきたい。また日本でスペイン語を教えている中、高校の先生が定期的に集い、情報の共有、成功体験、悩みなどを話せる会の開催や、留学を望む中高生の支援を行いたい。他の国、地域のスペイン語教師と交流を持ち、日本の教育の現状や問題点、改善点を伝えていく役割を行いたい。

My research explores innovative solutions in the food and water system, linking urban and rural areas from a disaster resilience perspective. Delving into disaster resilience through a robust food and water system, my findings aim to contribute significantly to all developing countries and cities. Looking ahead, my career prospects center around the food and water sector, driven by a passion for enhancing sustainability and disaster preparedness. With a solid foundation in research, analytical skills, and a commitment to resilience, I am poised to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of disaster-resilient food and water systems.
