本研究を通じて、患者により安全かつ有効な薬物治療を提供し、QOL向上に資するエビデンスの構築を目指している。また研究活動に主体的に取り組み、問題解決能力を養うことで臨床現場において新たなエビデンスを創出できる薬剤師になりたいと考えている。今後も疫学研究を通じて薬物治療の有効性や安全性を検証し、医療現場に還元したいと考える。

申請者はがん治療の開発改善を目標として博士後期課程に進学し、自身の研究分野に対する理解を深めている。将来はがん治療に関わる企業や官庁で、研究者としてリーダーシップを発揮できる人材を目指している。そのため、生物研究に対する世間のニーズを把握し、広い視野で研究の方向性を見出せる能力を身につける必要があると考えており、学会、研究会での研究成果の発表などを介して、今後の研究活動をより豊かにしていく。

マルチラテラル力覚共有のための運動制御・情報通信における基本構成要素の設計と合成
ロボットに力覚を与える（与えられる様々な力を感知・応答する）力制御と，軌道追従制御を組み合わせた制御法とその活用に関する研究を進めている。ロボットの滑らかな動作の実現と，ロボットを人間の技能・感覚を共有するためのデバイスとして発展させることが目標であり，研究で得た知見を基に社会への実装を進めたい。電気・機械・情報などの工学の広範な領域に精通した人間として，学術的に貢献することにも興味を持っている。

私の目標は漢方薬の応用によるアンメットメディカルニーズの解決です。漢方薬は古くからあるにもかかわらずエビデンスに乏しいとされています。そのため、エビデンスの構築と共に有効な対処法のない疾患の治療法を確立したいと考えています。将来的に、製薬企業や他の大学と連携し基礎的な面から、あるいは自身が病院薬剤師となって他の病院と連携しながら臨床的な面からエビデンス構築に貢献したいと思っています。

Steroids regulation of centenarian gut isolates
My research is focused on investigating the influence of the gut microbiota on the metabolism of steroids. Hormonal steroids encompass adrenal cortical hormones, sex hormones, and cholesterol and all of them play important roles in the host. By studing the regulation of gut microbiota to steroids we know more about the relationship among gut microbiota, steroids and multi-organ crosslinks.

Identification of specific microbiota members that induce beige fat biogenesis in response to dietary cues
I think the research and career prospects for microbiologists are diverse and the field continues to evolve with advancement in technology and our understanding of microorganisms. As I am working with microorganisms beneficial to the human health, I would like to continue to pursue careers in academia, working at the Keio University Honda Laboratory, to conduct research on various aspects of microbiology and contribute to scientific advancements. Another pathway I could take is to work at the Keio University Hospital, to analyze patient samples to identify and treat infections. I would like to contribute to epidemiological studies and public health efforts.

My research focuses on identifying the causal genes for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) and clarifying their pathogenesis. This involves encapsulating the identification of novel loci, enhancing understanding of genetic architecture, and gaining insights into potential biological mechanisms. As I advance in my career, I aspire to contribute to the development of study for AIS and use my findings to potentially drive innovations in medical genetics.

現在、自治体と連携したウェルビーイングに関する調査研究や、産官学連携によるイノベーション推進プロジェクト、研究機関やNPO等と連携した女性の健康に関する調査研究等に携わっています。研究テーマとしては、特に、仕事と治療の両立支援に関心を持っています。今後も、社会人経験を活かしながら、自治体や企業等と連携し、研究の社会実装推進に取り組んでいきたいと考えています。
