私は、ソフトマテリアルで構成されたマイクロ流路を構築し、人工血管モデルとして応用する研究を行っています。特に、ゲル中に埋め込まれた材料を溶解除去することでマイクロ流路を作製する手法を用い、培養細胞の足場であるECMベースの流体デバイスを作製しています。キャリア展望としては、豊富な流体デバイスのデザイン・作製経験や培養システムの構築経験を活かし、一般企業や研究機関、起業など幅広く検討しています。

Myopia progression, dry eye, and presbyopia conditions and treatment in relation to quality of life
I am investigating the relationship between ocular conditions such as presbyopia, myopia, and dry eye and quality of life, including the interrelationship with other systemic conditions. I am also exploring animal models of diabetic retinopathy to better understand the disease pathogenesis and develop new treatments in humans. I have a Doctorate of Optometry and a Master’s in Public Health, so I am experienced in clinical practice and understand that side of the field. In the future, I hope to find positions that allow me to continue to research ocular conditions and improve patient outcomes.

グリア細胞が豊富に含まれる大脳皮質オルガノイドモデルの開発とマウス脳内への移植
ヒトiPS細胞から脳オルガノイドを作製する技術を身につけ、脳オルガノイドをマウス脳に移植する方法を確立した。現在、様々な脳オルガノイドモデルを創出することが可能になってきており、マウス脳への移植技術と組み合わせるとあらゆる疾患モデルを創出することができると考えている。神経変性疾患の原因究明や治療法の確立に向け、ヒトの病態に限りなく近いモデルを作製し、自分の研究成果を社会に還元していきたい。

Exploring the digital transformation of museums - the impact of policy on museum transformation
Through my research, I hope to give history a future. By studying digital dissemination of artefacts exhibited in museums, I will explore the connotations of digitisation and tourism, and carry forward the spirit of tradition. In the future, I also want to be a scholar on culture and tourism.

My research focuses on fostering family bonds in urban China through community-based cultural activities, laying the groundwork for innovative family engagement models. I want to explore how shared cultural experiences can bridge the emotional distances often found in today’s fast-paced urban life. Looking forward, my career is dedicated to developing evidence-based practices that can inform policy, with the goal of nurturing family cohesion on a wider scale.
