健康マネジメント研究科の修士課程および博士課程で学んだ知識を活かして今後も研究を継続したいと考えております。博士論文の研究課題名は、手術とリハビリテーションが大腿骨頸部骨折術後のADLに及ぼす影響−費用対効果−でした。博士課程3年の時に特任助教に就任することができ、博士論文研究とは全く違うテーマでも研究を始めました。研究テーマを絞らず、今後も幅広い分野で挑戦的取り組みを継続していきたいです。

My research focuses on exploring the intersection of technology and textile innovation. with revolves around innovation of fabric using the hacking practice approach. I aim to unlock new dimensions in fabric manipulation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and with aim to become a lecturer and also researcher related to the topic in the future. Currently doing a research exploring potential of textile traditional technique with advanced technology.

チームの心理的安全性の開発：能力成熟度モデル(PS-CMM)を用いた介入プログラムの提案と有効性の検証
私は将来、集団心理を軸としたチームメンバー個々人のメンタルヘルスの改善・促進に寄与する研究活動に取り組んでいきたい。特に、「スポーツチームの心理的安全性」をキーワードに現場で活きる知見を研究者として還元し続けたい。そして、最終的に大学教授となり、人材育成にも注力していきたい。

カンボジアにおける、天候不順に伴う経済ショックと、天候保険の役割
博士課程修了後は、まだ迷っているものの、大学もしくは研究機関の研究者になりたいと考えている。しかし、最近では民間・政府・非政府組織などでも研究系の職が増えてきており、そのような機関であれば、普通では利用できないようなデータを利用できる可能性があるので、そのような選択肢も検討している。
